I found this book inspiring. Although it is written primarily for the awakened (or an awakening) woman, as a man it was invaluable in deepening my own understanding of sacred relationship. The alternating text between the authors gave me a clear, practical appreciation for the interplay of omega and alpha energies in relationship.One chapter of the book does describe an explicit sexual interaction between the authors’ bodies, their alpha/omega energies and her parallel emotional and physical experiences.One approach the authors take that really helped me was using “alpha†and “omega†to describe the energies of love and relating rather than the more common terms of “masculine†and “feminine.†This shift eliminated all manner of limiting, preconceived notions about gender, gender identity and social conditioning associated with masculine and feminine.I especially appreciated the chapter that explored three ways of relating. At the onset I expected to learn about the energy polarity omega and alpha are fully present and how passion ensues.
