Solid examples and illustrations. Every model is available to view. Easy to read and understand.

Yo complacated. Bad book quality

It would've been better if it showed codes on commonly used stats packages. Hard to follow without examples to follow computationally.

Bad formatting on Kindle. Some of the tables and numbers are unreadable.The text is too wordy. To many detours than sticking to the subject of marketing.Access to the datasets would have been useful to practice.
